Employee Benefits Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Producer to join a team. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into an established book of business. Reporting directly to the Co-Owner, this position focuses on managing middle-to-large group accounts while driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in employee benefits and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established book of business with $450K in revenue
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
• Provide consultative advice to clients on employee benefits solutions tailored to their needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date guidance
• Prepare and present business plans to leadership as part of the interview process

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in employee benefits or a related field
