Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving growth by prospecting, closing, and consulting clients on personal lines insurance products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal lines sales, a strong understanding of standard and high-net-worth accounts, and the ability to thrive in a flexible, client-focused environment.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $40,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available
  • Work Environment: Flexible, with an emphasis on in-person prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities in personal lines insurance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Consult clients on standard personal lines and high-net-worth (HNW) accounts, including excess coverage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and account management.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide clients with the best possible advice.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in personal lines sales; 5+ years preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is highly desirable.
