Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and professional Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with access to a steady stream of leads from a thriving real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with real estate professionals.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
- Commission: 55% on new business, 2.5% minimum renewal commission after the first year (with potential for increases based on performance)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
- Training: Minimum two weeks of training at the corporate office
- Work Schedule: Primarily in-office (3 days per week minimum), with flexibility after initial relationship-building phase
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents to generate leads
- Manage and prioritize inbound leads, with a focus on high-priority referrals
- Conduct networking activities, including presentations and meetings with real estate offices
- Achieve a quota of $250,000 in written premium during the first year
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and DocuSign to manage accounts and streamline processes
- Transition accounts to the service team after the first renewal period
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales, preferably within an independent agency or with experience managing multiple carriers
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and DocuSign
- Soft Skills:
