Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Producer/Sales Executive with a strong track record in the NYC Metropolitan area. This is a high-level producer role designed for a plug-and-play professional who can drive significant revenue. The position offers flexible commission structures and equity opportunities based on your production and business plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts
- Generate new business and cross-sell existing clients, with no territorial restrictions
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance sales strategies and maximize revenue
- Participate in training and mentorship programs, including the "Lionsure Academy," to develop new talent
- Engage in team-building events and activities to foster a positive work culture
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Proven experience as a high-level producer in a retail brokerage environment
- Strong business acumen and the ability to create a personalized business plan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with AMS 360 is a plus, but not a dealbreaker
