Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving aggressive revenue growth, managing local P&L, and leveraging innovative programs to scale operations.

Responsibilities
- Elite Business Production: Build and maintain a high-value book of commercial risk or employee benefits business. Serve as a top-tier producer, consistently driving new revenue and modeling elite sales methodologies for your team.
- Strategic Team Leadership & Growth: Recruit, coach, and scale a local team of Account Managers and Producers. Mentor emerging sales talent through structured reward programs to achieve their full potential.
- P&L Management: Oversee the financial health of the local office, optimizing expenses and ensuring sustainable profitability. Balance growth investments with operational efficiency.
- Executive Communication: Act as the critical link between the local market and centralized support services. Ensure seamless operational alignment and swift resolution of client and team needs.
- Market Ambassadorship: Represent the company in the local community, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, carrier partners, and business leaders to establish the firm as the premier brokerage in the region.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven track record of elite personal production within the insurance brokerage industry.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership or sales management, with a history of recruiting, training, and retaining top-tier producers.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing departmental or regional P&L statements.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate complex deals and inspire teams.
