Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a mid-market book of business, focusing on standard personal lines such as home, auto, and umbrella insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong brokerage background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage a $4 million premium book of business, focusing on personal lines accounts
  • Handle renewals, cross-selling, and rounding accounts
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with the back-office team for Certificates of Insurance (COI) and policy changes
  • Quote new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals
  • Work closely with producers and other team members to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a brokerage environment, specifically in personal lines insurance
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Epic software is required
