Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a personal lines book of business, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring the smooth handling of all account-related tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available (details provided during the interview process)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a personal lines book of business with account sizes ranging from $100 to $50,000 in premium.
  • Handle endorsements, billing inquiries, payments, and claims.
  • Track renewals and cancellations, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
  • Address underwriting issues and assist with remarketing and quoting account rounds for existing personal lines business.
  • Provide backup support for issuing new business policies and quoting new accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years managing personal lines accounts from start to finish.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Applied Epic software is preferred.
