Job Summary

Seeking a highly talented, entrepreneurial, and experienced professional to lead the establishment and growth of a new insurance agency. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to build and shape an agency from the ground up, leveraging an existing portfolio of 3,000 units and $2.5 million in premium. Responsibilities

  • Lead the establishment and growth of a new insurance agency, leveraging an existing portfolio
  • Develop and maintain strong carrier relationships to ensure the agency's success
  • Oversee all aspects of agency operations, including management, development, and finance
  • Build and foster a culture that aligns with the values of the leadership team
  • Drive organic growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with a highly experienced team of principals to align interests and achieve shared goals

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of carrier relationships and business operations

  • Familiarity with the Southeast culture and business environment is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with the leadership team's vision
