Compensation Package
- Salary: $44,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide A-Z servicing of a Personal Lines book of business.
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.
- Conduct coverage reviews and ensure client satisfaction.
- Work directly with carriers to address client needs.
- Support producers as needed.
- Learn and manage Farm insurance (training provided).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must Have:
- Minimum of 3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Preferred:
- Experience in an independent agency setting.
- Willingness to learn Farm insurance if not already experienced.
- Soft Skills:
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Highly organized and dependable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
