Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the agency's success, as you will manage a high-volume book of business, provide exceptional service to clients, and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume book of business, including quoting, renewing, and servicing personal lines accounts.
  • Handle the full account management process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Work with real estate investors, property accounts, and other small commercial accounts.
  • Utilize agency management software (Nowcerts - Momentum) and CRM (Agency Zoom) to streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Participate in occasional in-office training sessions and company events.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of personal lines account management experience, with a strong understanding of E&S coastal markets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software and CRM systems.
