Seeking a motivated and dynamic Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join the team. This role involves developing client relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions for individuals and businesses. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering personalized solutions for property and casualty insurance coverage.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, educating them on available coverage options and policy benefits.
  • Develop and present customized insurance proposals that align with client requirements and goals.
  • Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and coverage modifications to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to support clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage a pipeline of prospects efficiently through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Participate in community events, workshops, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build brand awareness.
  • Adhere to all company, state, and federal regulations and ethics standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Producer, with a focus on property and casualty insurance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sales acumen, with a results-oriented and client-focused approach.
  • Solid understanding of insurance products, coverage types, and industry regulations.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
