Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/Senior CL Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with one of the top Commercial Lines Producers in the agency, providing significant financial and career growth potential. A organization combines the resources of a large, bank-owned agency with the culture and agility of a smaller firm, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse book of business, focusing on small to middle-market accounts, with a specialization in Habitational and HOA/Condo industries. This is a hybrid role, with mandatory in-office presence on Wednesdays.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business from A-Z, ensuring exceptional client service and retention.
- Quote and handle new and renewal business for small and middle-market accounts.
- Collaborate with Assistant Account Managers (AAMs) for backend administrative support.
- Provide expertise in Habitational and HOA/Condo accounts, while managing a generalist book of business.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management (preferred but not required).
- Support the Producer in achieving financial and operational goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required; designations such as CIS, ACSR, or CISR are highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Commercial Lines Account Management; 5+ years and middle-market account experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Work Environment: Must be able to work in a hybrid setting with mandatory in-office presence on Wednesdays.
