Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, you will serve as the face of a organization in the market, driving aggressive revenue growth, managing local P&L, and leveraging innovative revenue architecture and producer reward programs to scale operations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Elite Business Production: Build and maintain a high-value book of commercial risk or employee benefits business. Serve as a top-tier producer, consistently driving new revenue and demonstrating best-in-class sales methodologies for the team.
  • Strategic Team Leadership & Growth: Recruit, coach, and scale a local team of Account Managers and Producers. Mentor emerging sales talent through structured reward programs to help them achieve professional milestones.
  • P&L Management & Financial Acumen: Oversee the financial health of the local office, managing contribution margins, optimizing expenses, and ensuring sustainable profitability.
  • Executive Communication & Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the critical bridge between the local market and centralized support services, ensuring operational alignment and swift service delivery for clients and team members.
  • Market Ambassadorship: Represent the organization in the local community, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, carrier partners, and business leaders to establish the company as the premier brokerage in the region.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven track record of elite personal production within the insurance brokerage industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership or sales management, with a history of successfully recruiting, training, and retaining top-tier producers.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing a departmental or regional Profit & Loss statement.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate complex deals and lead effectively.
  • Established professional network and deep relationships within the local market.
