Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $83,000 annually
- Work Arrangement: Onsite with the opportunity for 1 day of remote work per week after 1 year of employment

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee-level benefits inquiries
- Conduct enrollment meetings and prepare enrollment documentation
- Interface with benefits administration systems such as Employee Navigator and Ease
- Manage accounts ranging from 2 to 125 lives, with a focus on small groups (most under 50 lives)
- Support the quoting of new and renewal business as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollments and renewals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in benefits administration, with solid experience in enrollment and processing; renewal/market experience is a plus
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Employee Navigator and Ease software preferred
- Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience
