Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless benefits administration and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enrollment and processing, with a passion for delivering outstanding support to clients. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $83,000 annually
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite with the opportunity for 1 day of remote work per week after 1 year of employment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee-level benefits inquiries
  • Conduct enrollment meetings and prepare enrollment documentation
  • Interface with benefits administration systems such as Employee Navigator and Ease
  • Manage accounts ranging from 2 to 125 lives, with a focus on small groups (most under 50 lives)
  • Support the quoting of new and renewal business as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollments and renewals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in benefits administration, with solid experience in enrollment and processing; renewal/market experience is a plus
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Employee Navigator and Ease software preferred
  • Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience
