Job Summary

Seeking a licensed and motivated individual to join a team as an Office Manager for a well-established $7M insurance agency. This is a unique opportunity for a professional with a Property & Casualty (P&C) license to take on a leadership role, manage daily operations, and contribute to the growth of the business. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is capable of wearing multiple hats, and has a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $52,000 annually
  • Commission: 50% on new business, 20% on renewals
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 2 weeks to start

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Quote new and renewal business as needed, with a focus on both personal and commercial lines (65% commercial, 35% personal).
  • Work with carriers such as Safeco, Travelers, USLI, Philadelphia, Ohio Mutual, Grange, Liberty Mutual, and Progressive.
  • Handle incoming client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to sell and grow the business.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance, with a preference for candidates who have worked with both personal and commercial lines.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with proprietary software systems is preferred.
  • Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required (note: no testing for cannabis).
