Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience).

Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial insurance policies, including billing, payments, and servicing.
- Handle Certificates of Insurance (COIs) with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by confidently addressing client inquiries and resolving issues over the phone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy management and client satisfaction.
- Utilize technology, including tools like Excel and pivot tables, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay informed about advancements in AI and technology to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines account management or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with EZLynx software is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Excel and a strong interest in leveraging technology and AI for process improvement.
- Soft Skills:
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based client interactions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
