Manager, Actuarial Support Analyst

A growing P&C insurance organization is seeking a Manager, Actuarial Support Analyst to lead an implementation focused team supporting rate development, filings, and cross functional analytics. This would be a strong fit for candidates with actuarial exam progress who transitioned into product or actuarial support and enjoy leading projects and teams.
What you will do
Lead and coordinate actuarial support analysts supporting product and actuarial teams
Oversee rate table development, filings, and regulatory documentation
Partner with product, actuarial, and IT to translate business needs into execution
Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely delivery
Provide coaching, direction, and performance management for team members
What you bring
5+ years of experience in insurance, actuarial support, or product management/development
Strong understanding of rate development and insurance product structure
Experience working across product, actuarial, and IT teams
Strong communication and project management skills
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Compensation
$100 - $145k base plus bonus
Location
Fully remote, preference for Central or Eastern time zones
