Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. As one of the leading agencies in Southeast Wisconsin, we pride ourselves on a innovative approach, strong client relationships, and commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting a producers by going to market and ensuring the success of a commercial lines department.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Work Environment: Onsite in a collaborative and modern office space.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with producers to develop and execute marketing strategies for commercial lines accounts.
  • Act as a liaison between producers and carriers to secure competitive quotes and coverage options.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to enhance client offerings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with carriers and underwriters to ensure optimal service and support.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
  • Support the brokering department in managing a diverse portfolio of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active insurance license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with a variety of account types and a generalist approach to commercial lines.
  • Skills:
