Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a dynamic and team-oriented organization. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, primarily in the construction and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing small to mid-market accounts, with a focus on renewals, marketing, and new business development.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business generating $1.2M in revenue, with account premiums ranging from $25K to $250K.
- Handle renewals, marketing, and new business development for small to mid-market accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Collaborate with assistants and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain organized and efficient workflows to meet client needs and deadlines.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role, preferably with experience in construction or healthcare accounts.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AMS360 is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Self-starter with a "go-getter" attitude.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Preferred Background: Candidates with tenure in similar roles and experience from reputable firms (e.g., Hub) are highly desirable.
