Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join a growing team. This role is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of employee benefits accounts, providing exceptional client service, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized benefits solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong employee benefits background, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts, including both fully insured and self-funded programs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support new business and renewal marketing efforts.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic guidance and ongoing account support.

  • Partner with account managers, producers, and other team members to ensure a high level of client service.

  • Stay current on industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory developments impacting employee benefits programs.

  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions as needed.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client benefit programs and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active 215 License required.

  • 5+ years of employee benefits experience required.

  • Experience with self-funded plans is preferred but not required.

  • Experience with agency management software is preferred.

  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
