Employee Benefits Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join a growing team. This role is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of employee benefits accounts, providing exceptional client service, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized benefits solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong employee benefits background, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts, including both fully insured and self-funded programs.

Collaborate with internal teams to support new business and renewal marketing efforts.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic guidance and ongoing account support.

Partner with account managers, producers, and other team members to ensure a high level of client service.

Stay current on industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory developments impacting employee benefits programs.

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions as needed.

Identify opportunities to enhance client benefit programs and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements

Active 215 License required.

5+ years of employee benefits experience required.

Experience with self-funded plans is preferred but not required.

Experience with agency management software is preferred.

Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Compensation Package

Base Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
