Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Agent and Commercial Lines Agent to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage an existing book of business, provide exceptional service to clients, and contribute to the continued growth of a agency. The successful candidate will handle a range of accounts, from middle-market to high-net-worth personal lines and small-to-middle-market commercial lines. This is a fully onsite position with flexibility for occasional work-from-home days, depending on the environment.

Compensation Package

  • Salary:
    • Personal Lines: $50,000–$70,000 annually, with retention and cross-sell incentives ranging from $4,000–$12,000.
    • Commercial Lines: Up to $100,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an existing book of business, servicing accounts from start to finish.
  • Handle accounts ranging from $25,000–$100,000 in premium for commercial lines and $2,000–$20,000 in premium for personal lines.
  • Quote new and renewal business, including remarketing as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain the agency’s family-oriented culture while contributing to its growth.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3+ years of agency experience required.
    • 5+ years of agency experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with EPIC software preferred but not required.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills.
