Commercial Lines Account Manager/Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative, family-oriented environment. You will be responsible for managing and growing a book of business, working with small to middle-market accounts, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Apache Junction, operating Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $55,000 annually for the first three years, with commission splits on new and renewal business (details to be discussed during the interview).
- 4th Year Compensation: Transition to commission-based earnings from your book of business.
- Health Benefits: 100% employer-paid health plan with HSA contributions of $600/month for employees.

Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of business, focusing on small to middle-market accounts, including construction, manufacturing, and small businesses.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including renewals, quoting, marketing, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, and account servicing from start to finish.
- Attend Chamber of Commerce and networking events to build relationships and grow the book of business.
- Conduct client visits to maintain and strengthen relationships.
- Utilize the agency's prospect portal to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficient workflow.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on generalist books of business. Experience with general liability, workers' compensation, directors & officers (D&O), cyber liability, and professional liability is preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Epic software is preferred.
