Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: Starting at $50,000 annually.
  • Commission Structure: 40% on new business and 30% on renewals.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads to secure new business opportunities.

  • Develop tailored insurance solutions for a variety of commercial accounts.
  • Manage and grow a book of business, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with account managers and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Travel to meet with clients as needed to discuss their insurance needs and provide solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with a focus on commercial lines insurance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
