Personal Lines Inside Sales Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and personable Personal Lines Inside Sales Producer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing inbound referral leads, quoting and selling personal lines policies, and transitioning sold accounts to our service team. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: Approximately $40,000 annually
  • Commission: Competitive commission structure with average earnings of $55,000 annually; top performers can earn up to $80,000 annually
  • Hybrid Work Flexibility: In-office during training, transitioning to a 50/50 hybrid schedule

Responsibilities

  • Engage with warm inbound referral leads and home purchase referral leads
  • Provide quotes and sell personal lines insurance policies
  • Follow up with prospects to close new business opportunities
  • Transition sold accounts to the service team for ongoing management
  • Maintain a strong phone presence and build rapport with clients
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Required Experience: Proven sales experience (insurance sales preferred but not required)
  • Preferred Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not mandatory
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS 360 software is a plus
