Personal Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Personal Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, phone-sales environment and are passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. You will be responsible for generating new business through cold-calling, dealership leads, and leveraging warm leads from an extensive network.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $41,400 annually
• Commission:
  • 20% on revenue of new business
  • 5% on renewals

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold-calling, dealership leads, and warm leads from our network.
• Provide quotes for new business across various personal lines, including Home, Auto, Umbrella, and Recreational Lines.
• Utilize multiple systems, including Salesforce, carrier portals, and EPIC, to manage client information and sales processes.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Open to varying levels of experience; coachability and a willingness to learn are key.
• Technical Skills: Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems (Salesforce, EPIC, carrier portals).
• Sales Skills: Strong phone-sales skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented culture.
