Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Work Schedule: Hybrid model with 3 days per week in-office.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of large group accounts, ranging from 100 to several thousand lives.
- Provide expert guidance on self-funded benefits plans, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to quote new and renewal business.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple industries, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and ensure seamless operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Life & Health (L&H) license is required.
- Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with self-funded benefits plans is mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing large group accounts (100+ lives).
- Exposure to multiple industries, including hospitality, real estate, non-profit, construction, and property.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Work Environment: Must be able to work in-office 3 days per week.
