Job Summary

Seeking experienced Commercial Brokers to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. This role focuses on large, complex commercial accounts, with an emphasis on Architects & Engineers. The Commercial Broker will support marketing, placement, program negotiation, and account management across multiple lines of coverage.

 

Responsibilities

  • Broker multiple lines of commercial coverage, including complex and layered programs.
  • Negotiate programs and support the management of large, complex accounts.
  • Collaborate with senior brokers and team leads to ensure seamless account service.
  • Provide client-facing support, including marketing, placement, and presentation assistance.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for Architects & Engineers clients.
  • Support integrated account strategies in a fast-paced environment.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Prior experience brokering large commercial accounts, preferably within Architects & Engineers, construction, or related sectors.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • CRIS designation preferred.
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
  • Experience with marketing, placement, and complex commercial coverage programs.
  • Driven, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed for training and client meetings.
  • Familiarity with integrated account handling and multi-line commercial coverage strategies.

 

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $215,000 per year (for experienced brokers)
  • Associate Broker Salary Range: $105,000 - $150,000 per year
  • Additional Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
