Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Market new and renewal commercial insurance accounts to carriers and brokers
- Negotiate coverage terms, pricing, and conditions with insurance markets
- Review submissions for completeness and accuracy
- Develop and maintain relationships with carrier underwriters and wholesale partners
- Assist producers and account managers with coverage strategy and market recommendations
- Prepare proposals and placement summaries for clients
- Monitor market trends and carrier appetites
- Ensure compliance with agency procedures and underwriting guidelines
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial insurance placement, underwriting, or brokerage preferred
- Knowledge of commercial lines coverages and insurance markets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Property & Casualty insurance license preferred
