Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for customer service, sales, and account management within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to personal lines clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle new business quotes, policy renewals, and upselling opportunities.
- Market and round out accounts to maximize client coverage and agency profitability.
- Take inbound calls from prospective clients and assist with new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management system (Xanatek).
- Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals and participate in ongoing training and development.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance, with a focus on servicing, upselling, and marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using insurance management software (experience with Xanatek preferred).
