Inside Broker - Energy/Environmental
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inside Broker - Energy/Environmental to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in the Energy and Environmental sectors, including Oil & Gas, Pollution, and Waste Management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and quoting new and renewal business, working with accounts ranging from $25,000 to $1 million in premium.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 (higher compensation available for exceptional candidates)
- 401(k): 3% employer contribution
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided (details available upon request)
Responsibilities
- Manage and quote new and renewal business for Energy/Environmental accounts, including Oil & Gas, Pollution, and Waste Management.
- Handle accounts ranging from $25,000 to $1 million in premium.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Leverage existing market knowledge to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters to facilitate effective communication and negotiation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Energy/Environmental sector with a focus on brokerage (non-binding).
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Energy/Environmental markets, including Oil & Gas, Pollution, and Waste Management.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a client-focused mindset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software tools (details to be discussed during the interview).
