Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Producer specializing in the trucking and transportation industry. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a book of business within the trucking and transportation sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support revenue growth
• Create and execute strategic sales and business development plans
• Collaborate with leadership to align production goals with broader business objectives
• Utilize agency management software and CRM tools to manage accounts and track activity
• Stay informed on industry trends, carrier appetites, and market conditions

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial insurance sales, with a focus on trucking and transportation accounts preferred
• Experience level aligned with producer tier, ranging from early-career to highly experienced professionals
• Demonstrated ability to develop and grow a book of business
• Strong sales acumen and results-driven mindset
• Familiarity with agency management software and CRM platforms preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of trucking and transportation carriers is highly desirable
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
