Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a close-knit, family-oriented insurance agency. Commercial insurance is the core of the agency’s business, representing the majority of its portfolio, and this role plays a key part in supporting and maintaining strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients, helping them with day-to-day service needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the main contact for policyholders
- Responding to client questions and service requests
- Assisting clients with coverage options and policy changes
- Managing renewals and endorsements
- Maintaining accurate client records in agency systems
- Resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and agency procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- 2+ years of experience in commercial lines preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in an office-based, team-oriented setting
Details
- Job Type: Full-time, onsite
- Compensation: Up to $65,000 annually (depending on experience)
