Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a growing book of business. This role focuses on servicing small to mid-sized commercial accounts, with a strong emphasis on renewals, client service, and day-to-day account management. The position partners closely with a Producer and internal support resources, offering an opportunity to grow within a stable and collaborative agency environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of commercial lines accounts, primarily small to mid-sized businesses
  • Assist with quoting new and renewal business
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests
  • Review coverage, respond to client needs, and process policy changes
  • Coordinate with carriers and underwriters as needed
  • Maintain accurate and organized client documentation within Applied EPIC or similar agency management software
  • Delegate administrative tasks to support staff to optimize workflow efficiency
  • Ensure timely handling of endorsements, certificates, and policy servicing activities

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
  • Commercial lines experience preferred
  • Experience with Applied EPIC or similar agency management software preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Detail-oriented with a client-focused approach

Compensation Package

  • Base salary: $70,000 – $85,000
  • Quarterly performance-based bonus (up to approximately 10% of base salary)
  • Paid time off and paid holidays, including additional observed holidays
