Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse book of business, primarily focused on mid-to-large accounts in the construction, manufacturing, and mixed industries. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in handling complex accounts, including OCCIP, CCIP, and builder’s risk policies, while delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: Up to $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • 401(k): 4% employer match.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote). Equipment provided for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a $2.5MM book of business, focusing on mid-to-large accounts in construction, manufacturing, and related industries.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, including policy servicing, renewals, and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with producers and assistants to ensure seamless account management.
  • Handle marketing responsibilities as needed, working closely with the Marketing Director to identify appropriate markets.
  • Quote new and renewal business, with a focus on maintaining and growing client relationships.
  • Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience:
    • Proven expertise in managing construction accounts, including OCCIP, CCIP, and builder’s risk policies.
    • Experience with mid-to-large accounts is essential.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, family-focused environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
