Personal Lines Producer - High Net Worth

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a team. This role focuses on serving high-net-worth clientele, providing tailored personal insurance solutions, and building lasting relationships. Reporting to the Director of Personal Lines, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the high-net-worth market. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in personal lines insurance who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Commission: Competitive commission structure (details to be finalized)
  • 401(k): 5% company match
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid model after training period (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Conduct both inside and outside sales to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on personal lines insurance products, including high-value homes, umbrella policies, jewelry, and other specialized coverage.
  • Collaborate with the Personal Lines team to ensure seamless client service.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to better serve clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the high-net-worth segment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance, with a preference for candidates experienced in high-net-worth clientele.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx or similar insurance software.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to present confidently and speak eloquently.
    • Strong knowledge of high-value insurance products.
    • Life experience and maturity to connect with high-net-worth clients.
    • Reliability and a proven track record of success in sales.
