Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Insurance Sales Executive specializing in Commercial Lines to join a team. As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will focus on generating new business, building a high-quality book of business, and leveraging a dedicated service team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Compensation Package
- Draw-Based Model: Compensation is structured as a draw equivalent to 25% of annual production.
- Example: $300,000 base pay for $1.2M in production.
- Transition Period: Optional 1–2 year W2 transition period, if needed.
- Long-Term Upside: Full partner economics over time, with significant flexibility in income allocation.
- Average Producer Book: ~$5M in revenue.
Responsibilities
- Generate new, qualified business through self-directed methods.
- Build and grow a long-term, high-quality book of business.
- Collaborate with a Unit Manager to allocate resources and manage growth.
- Leverage associate and service teams for execution and client servicing.
- Reinvest strategically in business development, client engagement, and service excellence.
