Commercial Lines Client Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Client Representative to support a collaborative service team within a mid-market business unit. This role partners closely with Client Managers and Client Executives in a team-based structure to deliver high-quality service and support to commercial clients. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in commercial lines servicing, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing an exceptional client experience.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $70,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Review and manage client policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update client information in EPIC software.
- Process endorsements, certificates, and other policy-related documentation.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client support.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of commercial lines experience at an agency, with a focus on back-end servicing.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with mid-market accounts and generalist account types.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Preferred Background: Experience working at larger agencies is a plus.
