Personal Lines Claims Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced and self-sufficient Personal Lines Claims Consultant to join a team. In this role, you will manage claims for personal lines and small commercial accounts, engaging directly with clients and Account Managers to ensure a seamless claims process. This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of remote and in-office work, with occasional travel depending on specific scenarios.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage claims for personal lines and small commercial accounts.
- Advocate for clients throughout the claims process, ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to provide exceptional service and support.
- Utilize AMS 360 and ImageRight software to process and track claims efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of self-sufficiency and professionalism in all interactions.
- Potentially travel as required to address specific client or business needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience, preferably on the broker side, with a strong background in client advocacy. Candidates with carrier-side experience and technical expertise will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 and ImageRight software.
- Key Attributes: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a client-focused mindset.
