Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
- Incentive Plan: Quarterly incentive plan based on new business and retention goals.
- Work Schedule: Full-time, in-office for 5 days a week. Eligible for 1 work-from-home day per week after 90 days.

Responsibilities
- Manage a fresh book of business, focusing on standard personal lines accounts (home, auto, umbrella).
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals for new business and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and pursue professional development opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Additional designations are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in sales or service; 5+ years preferred. Candidates with captive experience will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Passionate, team-oriented, client-focused, eager to learn and grow, and a positive attitude.
- Education: Commitment to ongoing education and professional development is highly valued.
