Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. The successful candidate will manage a fresh book of business, focusing on standard personal lines accounts such as home, auto, and umbrella policies. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Incentive Plan: Quarterly incentive plan based on new business and retention goals.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, in-office for 5 days a week. Eligible for 1 work-from-home day per week after 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a fresh book of business, focusing on standard personal lines accounts (home, auto, umbrella).
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals for new business and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and pursue professional development opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Additional designations are preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in sales or service; 5+ years preferred. Candidates with captive experience will also be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Passionate, team-oriented, client-focused, eager to learn and grow, and a positive attitude.
  • Education: Commitment to ongoing education and professional development is highly valued.
