Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of new and renewal business, focusing on entertainment packages, property, inland marine, general liability, automobile, umbrella, and workers' compensation lines.
- Develop and negotiate pricing, coverage, terms, and conditions for all new and renewal accounts.
- Collaborate with underwriters, operations, claims, loss control, marketing, regulatory, and senior management to deliver innovative solutions.
- Implement and manage effective pricing and rate strategies to ensure profitability and book growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key producers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Drive new business development and maintain successful producer relations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of underwriting experience, preferably in entertainment multi-line packages, including film and television.
- Proven sales and marketing capabilities with a track record of closing deals.
- Demonstrated success in marketing, producer management, and new business development.
- Strong risk analysis skills and experience handling complex accounts.
- Proficiency in the underwriting process and ability to collaborate effectively with an Underwriting Assistant.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, producers, and internal teams.
- In-depth knowledge of technical issues, compliance, coverage, products, and pricing strategies.
- Adaptability and creativity in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
