Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Client Service Manager (CSM) to support commercial clients by delivering exceptional service experiences. This position is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role involves building and fostering strong client relationships, addressing client needs efficiently, and aligning service delivery with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned commercial clients, addressing questions, concerns, and service needs promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding business objectives and identifying opportunities for additional support.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent communication and effective delivery of client solutions.
- Monitor client accounts, track milestones, and proactively address potential issues or challenges.
- Develop and present customized service plans tailored to client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, resolve escalations, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives enhancing client experience.
- Maintain thorough client records by documenting interactions to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
- Stay informed on industry trends, company services, and competitors to offer clients relevant recommendations and insights.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related role, preferably within commercial or corporate accounts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across client and team interactions.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a focus on client-centric solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in high-pressure settings.
- Proficiency in client management software and related tools; CRM experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of working collaboratively or independently.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events as required.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
