Job Summary

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually+ (depending on experience)
  • Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with remote work on Mondays and Fridays after an initial training period

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service commercial accounts with premiums exceeding $100,000, specializing in auto dealerships, garages, and truckers' liability.
  • Handle all aspects of account servicing, from start to finish.
  • Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on auto dealerships, garages, or truckers' liability. Generalists will not be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred but not required.
  • Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
