Seeking a customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to act as the main point of contact for clients, assisting them with their personal insurance policies and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role involves fostering strong client relationships, managing policy renewals, and providing tailored insurance solutions that meet customer needs. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, providing personalized service and expert advice on personal lines insurance products.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Oversee account administration, including policy renewals, changes, and claims support.
  • Proactively review policies to ensure clients have appropriate coverage and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to secure quotes, process applications, and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, processes, and service delivery within the team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and new insurance offerings.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Insurance Specialist, or similar role, ideally in personal lines insurance.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities focused on client satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in insurance management systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
