Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager (CLAAM) to join a growing team. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers with day-to-day tasks, including obtaining loss runs, opening mail, and other administrative duties.
  • Provide support in quoting and processing select business accounts with premiums under $25,000.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
  • Participate in hands-on training to develop skills and knowledge in commercial lines insurance.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and contributing to the team’s success.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a support capacity within the insurance industry.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Vertafore (Catalyst version) or similar agency management software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Professional and presentable demeanor.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate insurance knowledge.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
