Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive (CLAE) to join a growing team. As a mid-sized agency with a strong focus on innovation, hard work, and creativity, have achieved remarkable growth, including $3MM in new business within the first month of this year. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a diverse book of business (BOB) and contribute to the continued success.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 annually
  • Remote Work: Available on Tuesdays and Fridays

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned book of business (BOB) with a focus on contractors, construction, and other generalist accounts, ranging from $50K to $300K in premium, totaling approximately $8MM-$10MM in revenue.
  • Oversee the full renewal cycle, including marketing and coverage analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with producers to ensure seamless handling of renewals and new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial lines insurance, with strong knowledge of coverage, renewal cycles, and marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, particularly in the contractor and construction sectors.
  • Proficiency in AMS360 software or similar agency management systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach to account management.
