Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is a critical part of our organization, responsible for managing a diverse book of business and ensuring exceptional service to the clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to independently manage accounts, handle marketing, process endorsements, and provide proactive communication. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a collaborative and professional team.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 annually
  • Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
  • 401(k): 3% employer contribution
  • Benefits:
    • 90% of employee health insurance costs covered
    • 2-3 weeks of PTO plus 1 week of sick leave
  • Work Environment: Fully remote (equipment provided)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a $5M book of business, including accounts ranging from $500 to $500,000 in premium.
  • Handle a variety of account types, including contractors, hospitality (hotels and restaurants), apartment complexes, and retail businesses.
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process endorsements, policy changes, and other account-related tasks independently.
  • Conduct marketing efforts to support account growth and retention.
  • Provide proactive and clear communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other account managers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role; 7-10 years preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
