Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience and book size)
  • 401(k): 4% company match

  • Work Environment: Fully in-office position at Tempe, AZ location

Responsibilities

  • Manage a generalist book of business, including small to mid-sized accounts with premiums of $50,000 or more.
  • Collaborate with producers to provide full-service account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
  • Handle all aspects of the client lifecycle, including cross-selling and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of account management experience in commercial lines; 3-5 years preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
