Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $95,000 annually (up to $110,000 for highly qualified candidates)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 clients, generating an estimated $1.4 million in annual revenue
  • Collaborate with the Senior Client Manager to support client accounts, including Key and National clients
  • Handle end-to-end client management, including presenting to clients and leadership, overseeing open enrollment, and marketing to carriers
  • Work closely with an Associate Client Manager to manage administrative and documentation processes
  • Participate in client meetings, internal team collaborations, and training sessions
  • Utilize Epic and Excel software for account management and reporting
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and solutions

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Education & Licenses: Life & Health (L&H) license required
  • Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic and Excel is required
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; proactive and self-motivated; client-focused mindset; adaptability and flexibility
