Compensation Package

  • Salary Range:
    • Personal Lines Account Manager: $55,000 - $70,000
    • Commercial Lines Account Manager: $65,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of personal or commercial insurance accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on their insurance options and ensuring their coverage meets their needs.
  • Review policy renewals and proactively retain current customers.
  • Process quotes and policy changes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Utilize EZLynx software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry (5+ years preferred for Personal Lines candidates).
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Strong knowledge of general insurance practices; experience with captives is a plus for Personal Lines candidates.
  • Proficiency in EZLynx software is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Professional demeanor, with the ability to thrive in a focused, no-drama work environment.
